My on-the-spot assignments include beach cleaning, coral nursery cleaning, coral conservation, as well as counting and surveying fish, lionfish and other rare aquatic species.
This internship has brought me a multitude of benefits. I was able to develop in-depth skills in coral conservation techniques, as well as in fish and coral census methods during field missions.
This experience enabled me to identify many species of fish and to pass the Coral Reef Conservation Certificate.
In addition, I improved my language skills in a very supportive environment. The memories I've made, both of the projects and dives, and of the team's always cheerful and energetic atmosphere, are simply fabulous.
