The challenges of interns in Argentina

One of the problems encountered in the public sector in Argentina is the lack of personnel. Trainees who show commitment and dynamism will be able to come as reinforcements and provide valuable assistance to the permanent staff, thus allowing them to take the time necessary to provide patients with a satisfactory level of care. Interns will rotate each week in a different department.

Interns will work 5-7 hours a day in the clinic.

The trainees will be supervised and evaluated by the local staff of the NGO associated with this internship. The responsibilities and tasks given to the interns are entirely at the discretion of the local staff, and will vary according to the personality, skills and level of Spanish of the students.

Host organization

Our partner NGO is committed to helping leave a positive and lasting social impact, challenging boundaries and unlocking the potential of cultural diversity through international programs and ethical business practices.
