I was lucky to participate in three different projects during my internship in Bali.
On the construction project, I contributed to the creation of an infirmary for a school, from the foundations to the finishing touches.
On the education project, I taught English to primary school students, which allowed me to be in direct contact with children and develop playful methods to capture their attention.
I also spent time in kindergarten, where I took care of the little ones through games, songs, and activities.
Finally, I joined a marine turtle center, where I helped with their care, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for them.
Even though it was part of my studies, this internship mostly helped me grow personally. I was able to develop new skills in each project, especially in education, where I learned a lot about pedagogy.
Being immersed in a multicultural environment also allowed me to improve my language skills and get to know myself better.
I gained self-confidence, overcame my shyness, and improved my social skills, which benefited me greatly both personally and professionally.
Yes, I highly recommend these projects. They allow everyone to contribute something, whether personally or professionally. The projects are very enriching and represent an excellent opportunity to open your mind and discover new perspectives.
I recommend RealStep, especially for the quality of support. They are truly present at every step and make sure everything goes smoothly.
