RealStep Certifications

Since March 2024, our company, Realstep, has been B Corp certified. As a B Corp, we are part of a global community of companies that adhere to high social and environmental standards. B stands for Benefit for All. We are mobilising the B Corp movement to change our economic system and have a positive impact on all stakeholders: employees, communities, customers and our planet.

We are therefore members of this organization, which represents the players in student and young travel. With its 600 member organisations, the WYSE Travel Confederation network is a leader in the field of educational travel. Together, these organizations allow 40 million young people to travel each year; they thus form a large network, both powerful and extensive.

RealStep is committed to following best practices, working only with ethical projects. This work is also carried out in collaboration with local populations and authorities, through total transparency of costs, their distribution.

This committee brings together some thirty experts, who seek to promote the professional success of all, and more particularly of the youngest through language learning. This notably involves international experiences, which we offer. With the international mobility committee, we take part each year in various student fairs, the Studyrama fairs. You will be able to meet us on the committee's stand, and discover all of our training, experiences and internships to find the project that suits you best!

We have been certified since 2010 as a specialist in Australia, thanks to our various programs on site.

The International ICEF group has been accrediting us since 2014. They are the global market leaders in business-to-business networking events and services for the international education sector. It thus facilitates international experiences for all.

Since 2022, Realstep has been a member of EAIE, the European Expertise, Networking and Resource Centre for the Internationalization of Higher Education.

Travel4Impact Network is a social innovation network set up by Amadeus in collaboration with IE University. We joined this network in 2022, whose goal is to help SMEs grow and increase their positive impact through digital strategies, the social impact of their value proposition and the sustainability of their business.
