You will be able to join one of the establishments of a partner hotel group in the city of Brisbane. This experience is an excellent way to start in the industry and gain real hands-on experience of at least 3 months in an international environment.

The program begins with a one-week training period. This time allows you to understand expectations, get familiar with the surroundings, and most importantly, gain practical experience in the daily tasks you’ll be performing. During this week, you will learn many skills across various professions in the hospitality and catering sectors. The goal is to introduce you to all the job opportunities you can apply for.
This week may include training to obtain the RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Handling certificates if required.
Once this stage is completed, a job in one of the partner establishments will be offered to you according to your skills. There are many different types of positions available.
You will therefore quickly find a job on-site for the remainder of your program.
