Our engineering internships can last 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on your level of study, whether you are in your first or second year.

All partner organisations are involved in community development projects that support local communities. We have been working with them for several years to ensure you have high-quality experiences.
The costs charged by the organisation help fund operating services, on-site supervisory staff, volunteer expenses (meals, accommodation, transport, activities), as well as part of the funding allocated directly to the projects themselves.
Please contact us to find out the prices and availability of the programmes, or visit their respective pages.
Housing is allocated by local NGOs, not by Freepackers - the descriptions are there to give you an idea of the type of accommodation, as it is very likely that conditions will vary on site depending on the number of volunteers, weather conditions, availability, etc. Each volunteer will be accommodated according to the stated conditions, but it is possible that the accommodation may not match the description or images shown on this site word for word, for example, in the case of annexed housing, renovations, relocations, etc.
You will generally stay in shared rooms (2 to 8 people) with other participants in the program.
Meals are often included in the programs, depending on your project.
You can find all ressources on the World Organization Website, in the Travel Advice section A vaccine vial.
