Who are we?
We are a team of passionates, who have been collaborating with NGOs, sustaibable projects and B Corps for more than ten years. We place personal and professional development and sustainability at the heart of our daily work. Justine Trembicki, the founder of RealStep, has traveled the world several times and personally met our local partners, to ensure the ethics of the programs. This initiative is also the result of a growing demand for work experiences with a positive and lasting impact. “Giving meaning to your career” means contributing to sustainabiliy and becoming a game changer.
