Preparing for departure

You surely have many questions about your departure for the project. Going with RealStep to live a professionalizing experience abroad implies a certain preparation in order to ensure the smooth running of the mission. Registration form

Once your registration has been submitted and accepted, the first thing to do is to send us all the following documents as soon as possible.

A copy of your valid passport

A copy of your tickets , including times, dates and flight number

Wait for confirmation of registration with the NGO that welcomes you, to check the days of arrival and return as well as the airports indicated, to avoid additional costs for hotel nights or transfers.

A copy of your travel insurance

If you have not yet taken out insurance, we invite you to consult the site of our partner Chapka with which you can benefit from a 5% reduction and have insurance adapted to your missions thanks to the following links: for initiation projects and for agreed courses.
